Holliston-

Rita L. Roth, 94, of Holliston, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte (Burney) and Edward Scriven. She was the wife of the late James E. Roth who passed away in 2012.

Rita was a longtime resident of South Natick and Holliston. She enjoyed dancing, socializing and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was thankful for the love and support of her caregivers.

She is survived by three children, Francis William Kerrigan of Holliston, Karen Wolf and her husband David of Holliston, and Kathy Kerrigan, also of Holliston, and her companion, Joe Tomasz of Hopkinton. She also leaves behind her granddaughter, Michelle Mercier, and her great-grandson, Michael Broady.

There will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 18th at 10:00a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, 151 Village St. Medway. Private burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery in Natick. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to Perkins School for the Blind, 175 N.
