Richard William Seymour, 90, of Holliston, passed away at his home on Friday, November 21, 2025. Born in Marlborough, he was the son of the late Clara (DeFalco-Seymour) and John C. Seymour Sr. He was the husband of 55 years to the late Marcia (Belmore-Hawkins) Seymour.

Richard dedicated 40 years of his life to working as a bank officer. He was active in the community through several local senior centers. He especially enjoyed playing pool and cards, and was known as both a pool shark and card shark. He took pride in maintaining his lawn and caring for his house.

Richard is survived by three daughters, Brenda Keiser and her husband, Greg, of Medway, Linda Miner and her husband, David, of Fayetteville, GA, and Karen Berger and her husband, Robert, of North Grafton. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Derek and Danielle Keiser, Ashley and Matthew Miner, and Joseph Berger, as well as many nieces and nephews. Richard was the youngest of nine siblings, all of whom predeceased him.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30th, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 1st at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Metrowest Hospice.
