Ralph John Chapin, 73, died Oct. 18, 2002 at his home following an illness.
Born in Tewksbury, MA, he was the son of the late Charles and Katherine (Fitspatrick)
Chapin.
He was the husband of the late Jean (Macuen) Chapin.
He was a lifelong resident of Holliston, veteran of the United States Air Force and had
been a sales manager for Fenwal Corp. of Ashland.
He was Past Commander of the American Legion Duford Post in Holliston, loved sports,
traveling to Europe, making bird houses and enjoyed his Tuesday night card games.
He is survived by his sons; John Chapin of Medway, Peter Chapin of Medway, Tim
Chapin of Holliston, daughters; Liz Kasparian and Tricia Wall of Medway, and six
grandchildren; Michelle, Brian, Kevin, Eric, Lindsay Chapin and Julie Kasparian.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 10:00 a.m. at St.
Mary’s Church, Washington St., Holliston. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Parish
Cemetery, Holliston. Calling hours at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St.,
Route 16, Holliston will be Monday from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
