U.S. Veteran

Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

Paul, I had so many great summers with you, Laurie and your crazy kids. You supported all our crazy ideas with a smile and a laugh. While baby sitting we always made toll house cookies and never burned the house down. We would make wooden sail boats and race them down the stream. Or the day we took your good wood, made a fort in the tree behind the barn, covered the top and sides with a roll of your heavy plastic so we could sleep in it during a thunder storm. We went to the lake, I dove too deep and you had to rush me to the doctor's for stitches. How about when I contracted poison ivy so bad on my face I had to put ice cubes on my eyes just to see for a minute or two. I could go on forever about your crazy siamese cats etc., the singing, square dances... Most of all you and Laurie were a great example of how to make a marriage work and what loving each other really means, especially the little things. A little kiss and telling each other you love them. Thank you both for just being you, I love you so much not a day goes by that I don't think of you. Laurie I am so sorry for yours and the children's loss of a loving husband and father. I am most especially sorry I have a commitment Sunday I can't change so I won't be able to be with you to celebrate Paul's life but from noon til four I will be thinking of all those good times. I will be out to see soon, love, Michael.

One of My fondest memories of uncle Paul was that no matter how long it was since we last saw eachother he would always call me Beautiful! No really my name ,to him, was beautiful! This always made me smile no matter how sad I was! I will miss that most of all. My mum and dad are right there with you. I can hear the singing !!!! Love and peace to you and your family

Hi Laurie----- I think that I have one of the best memories, when you & Paul lived in Framingham, & while babysitting, I would wait for you two to come home, & then you would proceed to stay parked & in the car in the driveway---you two were so much in love--- also all the work he put into finding my lost slippers on 128----much love to you---xxxoooxxx
