Paul Francis Cronin, 84, of Holliston, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Born in Wellesley, he was the son of the late Florence (LeBlanc) and David J. Cronin. He was the husband of 58 years to Denise (Donnelly) Cronin.

Paul dedicated more than 25 years of his life to teaching physical education in the Algonquin School District, where he also coached girls’ soccer and several other sports. He loved traveling, especially to Aruba. He took pleasure in maintaining his yard and the grounds at Pinecrest Golf Course in Holliston. Above all, Paul cherished time spent with his family, and he loved carrying around dog biscuits for all of his grand-dogs!

In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by his children, Steve Cronin and his partner, Angela Killay, of Northbridge, and Jennifer Kelly and her husband, Brian, of Boylston. He also leaves behind his siblings, Edward Cronin and his wife, Jeanne, of Millis, David Cronin of Cape Cod, and Robert Cronin and his wife, Helen, of Andover; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jack, and Emma Kelly, and Ainsley and Braedon Cronin, along with his great-grandson, Joseph Kelly.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd, from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, heart.org
