Holliston-

Patrick Joseph O’Neil, 80, of Holliston, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, November 18, 2007. Born in Manchester, N.H., he was the son of Patrick and Albertine (Manseau) O’Neil. He was the husband of Doris (Mailloux) O’Neil.

He was a graduate of St. Anselm College with honors. He was an Eagle Scout. He received an honorable discharge from the Navy and served during WWII. He worked at numerous high tech companies as an accountant. He retired from Honeywell in 1988.

He was an avid outdoorsman and craftsman. He enjoyed snow skiing, golfing, hunting, fishing and woodworking, stained glass, boat building, camping and bicycling.

Besides his wife, he leaves 2 sons, Michael and his wife Judy, of Millis, MA., and Dennis of Framingham, 3 daughters, Maureen and her husband James Peterson, Donna and her husband Dale Grossmann and Kathleen and her husband Brian Wilson, all of Holliston. He also leaves 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Bernard O’Neil and Ann Diluilio of Manchester, NH.

Visitation will take place on Friday, November 23rd from 5-8p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) www.chesmorefuneralhome.com A funeral mass will take place on Saturday, November 24 at 10:00a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston.
