FRAMINGHAM — Orvilla C. Colcord, 97, of Framingham, died Monday, Oct. 3, 2005, at Kathleen Daniel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Holliston, the daughter of the late George and Edith Chesmore.

She leaves two sons, Richard G. Colcord and his wife, Nancy, of Penacook, N.H., and Charles F. Colcord and his wife, Emma, of Southborough; grandchildren, Tracey Alden of Uxbridge, Scott Colcord of Litchfeld, Maine, Carrie Ernst of Attleboro, Robert Colcord of Shrewsbury, Stephen Colcord of Marlborough and Donald Colcord of Southborough; and five great-grandchildren, Carly Alden, Ashley Ernst, Brendan Colcord, Jewel Colcord and Devin Colcord.

She was the sister of the late Earl, Gordon, Wilbur, Stanton, Henry and Leonard Chesmore, Eileen Tscherch, Grace Spinney and Marjorie Chesmore.

A funeral home service will be held Thursday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m., at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St., Holliston, with the Rev. Ernest Batten officiating.

Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery of Ashland.

A visitation will be held prior to the service on Thursday, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the funeral home.
