Milan Cesnek, 73, of Holliston died Thursday July 10, 2003 at the Brigham and Woman’s Hospital after a brief battle with Lung Cancer. Born in St. Martin, Slovakia, he was the son of the late Alexander and Susan (Duraj) Cesnek.

A 41 year resident of Holliston and formerly from Webster, Milan was one of the founders of Holliston Youth Soccer, and a coach for 20 years. He was also an employee of Honeywell as a System Analyst, and member of Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Janice Cesnek of Holliston 3 sons; Mark M.Cesnek and his wife Sheri of Hopkinton, Steven C. Cesnek of Brea, California, and Christopher A. Cesnek of Boston. 1 daughter; Ann-Marie Loscocco and her husband Paul of Holliston. 1 Brother; Alexander Cesnek of Allentown, PA and 5 Grandchildren; Emily, Kathryn, and Michael Loscocco, Alexander and Meredith Cesnek. Father in Law Arthur Brisbois of Dudley and Mother in law Veronica Lizotte of Oxford and many cousins in the Worcester area.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2003 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) Holliston A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday July 14, 2003 at 10:00 am in Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
