Matthew P. Hamlet, 58, of Bellingham, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Lillian (Maguire) and William Hamlet. He was the husband of the late Maureen (Jordan) Hamlet who passed in 2005.

Matthew was a very generous and humble man and enjoyed antiquing. He is survived by his two sons, Rory Hamlet and his fiancee Janine Cifizzari and Kevin Hamlet and his girlfriend Lealah Aumentado all of Bellingham. He also leaves behind his siblings, Linda Larson of Milford, Susan Nickerson of Medway, Jon Hamlet of Holliston, and Mark Hamlet of California; and his longtime girlfriend, Karen Lepine of Woonsocket. He is predeceased by his daughter, Jessica Hamlet, who passed away in 2008.

A funeral home memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st at 11:00a.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.

A mass in his memory will be said on Sunday, March 16th at 9:30a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Holliston.
