Dennis, MA-

Mary C. Crotty, 89, of Dennis, MA and formerly of Greenlawn, NY, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Golden Pond Assisted Living in Hopkinton, MA. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Mary (MacDonald) and Hugh MacCormack. She was the wife of the late William D. Crotty.

Mary had worked as an office manager at  Lens Crafter Photography in Boston. She was active in various ministries at  two parishes, Our Lady of the Cape in Brewster, MA and Our Lady Queen of Martyrs in NY. Her faith and dedication to her family brought her great joy and purpose.

She is survived by her daughter, Katherine J. Fitzgerald and her husband, Sean of Holliston; two sisters,  Irene Shaw and Jane Quirk both of Lexington, and 3 grandchildren, William, Margaret, and Kathleen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings, Douglas, Allen, and George MacCormack, and Katherine Barrette.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 4th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 5th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston.
