Madeleine D. (Dotty) (Roberts) Guidali, 92, of Milford, died on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center of Northbridge, after a brief period of declining health. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Earl Thomas Roberts and Vivian (Charbineau) Roberts. She was the wife of Henry P. Guidali for 61 years; her husband died on May 18, 2007.

Dotty was a resident of Milford since the late 1940’s and a longtime communicant of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. She was employed for several years at Telechron in Ashland and for many years at various shoe shops, including the former Little Gents and Porter Shoe Co. of Milford.

She leaves one son, Henry Guidali of Milford, a sister-in-law, Rose Rovedo and her husband Egidio of Medway, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers David Roberts, Philip Roberts and Edward Roberts, and her sister Elizabeth (Roberts) Chesmore.

The funeral will be held Saturday, January 24, at 9 AM, from the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington Street, Holliston, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 AM, at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main St., Milford. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Medway Road (Rte. 109), Milford. Visiting hours are Friday, January 23, from 5 to 7 PM, at the funeral home.
