Lucille M Ciarcello, 86, a former resident of Melrose, MA, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 at The Whitcomb House in Milford after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Wife of the late Marc A. Ciarcello and daughter of the late Ernest and Marie Porter, Lucille leaves her son, Tony and his wife Patti Ciarcello of Holliston, her daughter Jane Ciarcello of Wakefield, MA and 3 grandsons, Corey of San Antonio, TX and Brody and Tucker Ciarcello of Holliston.

Lucille was born and raised in Salem, MA and graduated from St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse at Malden Hospital and St Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton. In her later years, she enjoyed her time as a librarian at the Melrose Public Library until her retirement. A memorial service will be held at St Matthew’s Parish, 105 Southville Road, Southborough, MA on Saturday, January 20th at 11am.
