Hopkinton –

Linda M. (Castiglioni) Kolen, 58, died unexpectedly at her home March 12, 2006. Born in New Haven, Ct, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Helen (Rafferty) Castiglioni.

Educated in Connecticut, she was a graduate of Laurelton Hall and Sacred Heart University. She resided in Colorado for many years prior to moving to Hopkinton nearly three years ago, to make her home with her sister and family. She had worked many years for NeoData Corporation in Boulder, CO. Linda was a gifted artist and musician.

She is survived by her sister, Cindy Chesmore and her husband, Bob, of Hopkinton, a nephew, Keefe Chesmore and his wife, Andrea, of Holliston; a niece, Aimee Rizzo and her husband, Keith, of Hopkinton; a great niece, Cassie Rizzo of Hopkinton and a great nephew, Gregory Chesmore of Holliston.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 18, at 4:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 57 Hayden Rowe Street, Hopkinton. The Rev. Ernest Batten will officiate. Donations in Linda’s memory may be made to Friends of Hopkinton Senior Citizens, 18 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748
