Hopkinton- Lillian F. Delmonte, 86, died Friday, August 24, 2007 at
Westborough Health Care Center.
She was the wife of the late Antonio F. Delmonte who died in 1981.
Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Florence
(Pond) Lowell.
A longtime resident of Hopkinton, Lil was active in volunteer work for
many organizations. She was a member of the Woodville Baptist Church,
Bible Study, and the Hopkinton Senior Center.
During her working years, she was an employee of General Electric.
Lil will always be remembered for her loving smiles, kind words and lots
of hugs.
She is survived by her sons, Donald Delmonte and his wife, Lois, of
Marlboro, Richard Delmonte, Sr., and his wife, Deborah, of Holliston;
brother, Arthur Lowell and his wife, Barbara, of Hopkinton; 3
grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services with Rev. High will be held on Thursday, August 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the family lot in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Chesmore Funeral Home, Hopkinton.
