Ashland – Lena E. Donessoni, 84, died May 10, 2005 at St. Patrick’s Manor in Framingham.

She was the wife of the late Frank Donessoni.

Born in Newton, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Maria (Dakota) Patuto.

She had been a resident of Ashland for more than 30 years.

Mrs. Donessoni had been a dietary aide for Cushing Hospital for many years and was a member of St. Cecelia’s Church in Ashland.

She is survived by her daughters, Ellen O’Leary and her husband John of Hopkinton and Janice Davis and her husband, Kenneth, of Blackstone; a brother, Nicholas Patuto of Wilmington; and three grandchildren, Kelly O’Leary of Brighton, Amada Kaferlein of Uxbridge and Michael Murphy of Ashland.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Cecilia Church, Ashland at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14. Burial will follow in the family lot in Wildwood Cemetery, Ashland.

Calling hours, at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 57 Hayden Rowe St., Hopkinton will be Friday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
