Lawrence “Larry” Stone, 51, of Framingham, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011 surrounded by family at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Fitchburg, he was the son of the late, Kenneth and Ellen (Bonitz) Stone.

Larry enjoyed the Special Needs CCD group at St. Mary’s Church, sports: especially football, the water, and hosting a pool party every year, Camp Allen and the Willow Tree day habilitation program in Framingham. He had a special impact on those who met him.

He is survived by his brothers, Alan of Holliston, Kenneth Jr. of Milford, Steve of Holliston and Kevin of Medway; his sisters, Myra Brazil and Ellie Harrington both of Holliston, and Lorri Petinge of Medway. He also leaves behind extended family at 2 Dudley Rd. as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 10:30a.m. at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston.
