Kenneth A. “Tony” Berlandi, 72, of Holliston, died Sunday, March 8, 2009
at the Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough. Born in Boston, he
was the son of the late Joseph and Emilia (Ardolino) Berlandi. He was the
husband of 15 years to Patricia M. (Doherty) Berlandi of Holliston.

He was a Boston English High graduate as well as a graduate of Lawrence
Academy, Bowdoin College, and Cambridge College; where he received his
Masters Degree. He was a teacher and administrator for 35 years in the
Boston Public School system and was active in many civic and community
affairs.

Besides his wife, Patricia he is survived by a son, Michael K. Berlandi
and his wife Kimberley of East Taunton, a daughter, Karen A. Howard and
her husband Michael of East Taunton, a step-son, William C. Griffin IV of
Holliston, a step-daughter, Jennifer K. Griffin of Framingham, a brother,
Joseph J. Berlandi and his wife Susan of Cummaquid, MA., and a sister
Barbara L. Santosuosso of Manomet. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren,
Alexandra, Jake, Briana, Michelina, Emilia as well as many nieces and
nephews. He is predeceased by a son, Kenneth A. “Bruno” Berlandi II and
leaves behind the mother of Bruno’s children, Francine Littlejohn of
Bridgewater.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 12, 2009 from 4-8p.m. at the
Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.

Church of Holliston on Friday at 10:30a.m. Burial will follow at St.
Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Framingham Heart Study, 73 Mount Wayte Ave. # 2 Framingham, MA 01702.
