Holliston-

Keith Norman Knowles, 69, of Holliston, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at his home. He was the husband of Gail (Hopkinson) Knowles of Holliston.

Keith was a Consulting Structural Engineer and was a member of many engineering organizations and was certified in many states. He was a greeter at the Grace Chapel Church in Lexington.

Besides his wife of 48 years, he is survived by his son, Keith A. Knowles and his wife Maureen of Holliston, his daughter, Kris A. Potter and her husband Steven of Pittsburgh, PA., a brother, Kenneth E. Knowles, a missionary in Uganda, Africa, and a step sister Martha Harting and her husband Robert of Exeter, NH. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 2-5p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A service will take place in the funeral home on Monday at 9:30a.m. Burial will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery. A 12:00p.m. celebration of life will be held at the Grace Chapel in Lexington following burial.
