i am so sorry to hear of joe's passing. as his letter carrier, i knew something was amiss but i had been on vacation and didn't realize he had passed away. i truly enjoyed seeing him at the mailbox as he was always so pleasant and we would talk often. again, please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of a really great guy.

Joe was a caring and tireless advocate for efficient operation of local government in Shrewsbury. Having known him as a student at Holliston High School to working with him in Shrewsbury, I feel that our community has suffered the loss of a dedicated citizen. Deb and family. This is a shock. I can't imagine the effect on you all. Hearing him as the last speaker last Tuesday eve at the Barber Shop, and spending a few moments with him afterwards, will be a lasting memory for me.
