John “Jack” McDonald III, 62 years old of Plainville, MA passed away comfortably at home with his family by his side. Born in Chelsea, he was the son of Pauline (West) and John P. McDonald II. Jack grew up in Holliston where he met and married his high school sweetheart Anne (Donovan) McDonald. Jack loved attending games, rooting for his two favorite teams, the Patriots and Red Sox. He had many passions in life, he loved traveling, playing golf, and fishing, but nothing was more important than his family.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Anne (Donovan) McDonald and three daughters, Michaela Russo and her husband Matthew of Dracut, Marissa May and her husband Eric of Franklin and Morgan McDonald of Plainville. Jack was also the loving grandfather of Sophia May and Kathleen Russo.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 30th from 4:00pm-8:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St Holliston, MA 01746.www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com.
