Jean L. Vaccaro, 87, of Holliston, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Wingate at Sudbury Nursing Home. Born in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late Edith (Kelly) and George W. Anderson. She was the wife of 53 years to Thomas Vaccaro of Holliston.

Jean worked for more than 20 years at Raytheon and also spent five years working in the Holliston High School cafeteria. She enjoyed playing manjan with her friends from Milford.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Thomas R. Vaccaro of Hudson, NH, Linda M. Oots of Wilmington, NC; her nieces Jean E. MacDonald, Cynthia Esposito, Loren Hadfield; a nephew, Steven Esposito, and a brother-in-law, Bernard Esposito. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Spencer, Madeline, Katie, and Kevin. She is predeceased by her siblings, Mildred Greenleaf, George Anderson, and Harriett MacDonald.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 9-10a.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral home service will follow visitation at 10:30a.m. Burial will follow in Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
