Janet Marie Fair, 93, of Holliston, passed away at home on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Natick, she was the daughter of Catherine (Toffalo) and James Intinarelli. She was the former wife of Robert J. Fair. 

Janet loved antiques and owned an antique store in Holliston for several years. Janet devoted many years to caring for children, first operating a family daycare from her home and later working for 15 years as a daycare provider at Gold’s Gym in Natick, where she continued caring for little ones until the age of 81. She enjoyed sewing and making clothes and was also an excellent cook. She had a strong sense of fashion and liked traveling to Florida with her companion, Paul. 

Janet is survived by her children, Catherine J. Porcello and Matthew J. Fair, both of Holliston. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her sons, Michael, Martin, and Mitchell Fair, and her son-in-law, James Porcello. Janet was the last living sibling, having been the youngest of 15 siblings. She is predeceased by Mamie Lanni, John and Tony Intinarelli, Celia Nelson, Willy, Harry, Rocco, Vincent, Carlo, and Walter Intinarelli, Virginia McPherson, Ernest, Isabella, and Richard Intinarelli.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 6th, from 9:00-10:15 a.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima – Xaverian Missionaries, 101 Summer St., Holliston, MA 01746.
