Holliston – James Michael Horrigan, 48, of Holliston and formerly of
Framingham and Natick, died January 3, 2005 at the Massachusetts General
Hospital in Boston from cancer.
He was the son of Elizabeth (White) Horrigan and the late Joseph E.
Horrigan.
Mr. Horrigan was raised at the Wrentham State School. He was active in
Special Olympics, the Natick Recreation Department, Danforth Museum,
Bowleros in Natick and was previously active with the Special Needs Troop
of Boy Scouts. He worked with Horris Mann Adventures.
Beside his mother, he is survived by his brothers; Robert N. Horrigan and his
wife, Dorothy, of Framingham, Joseph G. Horrigan and his wife, Patricia, of
Framingham, his sister; Kathleen Johnson and her husband, Raymond, of
Sturbridge, his godson and nephew; Michael James Horrigan, nephews,
Patrick J Horrigan and his wife, Jodi, Patrick E. Donnelly, nieces; Dawn E.
and Kelly Horrigan, and his aunt and uncle; Mary Ann and Ronald Michael of
Natick.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Shrine,
Summer St., Holliston at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2005.
Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Natick.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the
Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St., Route 16, Holliston.
