Holliston-

James H. Wieland, 47, died August 26, 2016 of natural causes, following a long illness. He is Survived by his parents, Dianne Wieland of Wapakoneta,Ohio, and Howard Wieland of Holliston, MA., sisters, Lori Maloney of Covington, PA., Lisa Wieland of Gardner, MA., Step-mother, Lillian Wieland of Holliston, step-sister, Tracy Kehoe of Wakefield, MA., and step-brother Jason Greenlaw of Holliston.

Jim has many cousins, nieces, and nephews whom he loved and who loved him and will miss him. Jim graduated from Holliston High School, and had an Associates Degree in Hospitality from Mass Bay Community College. He was an avid animal lover, especially for his 7 prized cats. Jim also took care of 30 feral cats and worked with the Milford Humane Society to have them checked, and spayed & neutered. He loved the outdoors and camped in the state parks of New Hampshire. In his various jobs, he especially loved installing & servicing signs using an aerial lift unit. Jim loved sports and had a black belt in Korean TaeKwonDo. He played pick up basketball, and especially enjoyed fantasy football.

Jim will be remembered for his wit & dry humor, his physical strength, his once red hair, his dedication to whatever he set out to accomplish, his compassion, and his smile. We love him and will miss him terribly. We pray that he is now at peace. A funeral service will take place on Monday, August 29th at 4:00p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com The Family will receive people just prior to the service.
