Waltham-
Harry Leroy Foster, born March 3, 1919 passed away on March 12, 2011 after a short illness. Mr. Foster was a resident of Whitcomb House in Milford, MA. Harry was born in Providence, Rhode Island and lived in Waltham, MA most of his life.

Harry was active in Boy Scouts for many years serving as Scoutmaster of Troop 248 in Waltham. He has also been a long time member of Isaac Parker Masonic Lodge in Waltham and was active in the Hudson Rod and Gun club.

Mr. Foster is pre-deceased by his beloved wife of 68 years, Doris Harrington Foster, who died March 8, 2009 and his beloved son Barry, who died July 6, 2010. He leaves his son Douglas of Kumamoto Japan, and grand-daughter Kim Condon of Medway, grandsons Scott of Holliston, Nathan of Norwood and Geoffrey of Lowell, and five great-grandchildren. He also leaves three step-grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours. A memorial service for Harry will be held at the Holliston Baptist Church, 40 High St. at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2011.
Burial will follow at the Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston.
