Holliston-

Francis J. Mulcahy, 86, of Holliston, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022. Born in North Smithfield, RI, he was the son of the late Elizabeth (Blunt) and John Mulcahy.

Prior to moving to Holliston over 30 years ago, Francis and his family resided in Woonsocket, RI. He worked in the food service industry for most of his career. He was a restaurateur, he had owned and operated the El Dorado Restaurant in Woonsocket and DJ’s Donut Shop in Medway.

Married 68 years to Constance (Laplume) Mulcahy, the love of his life – still having eyes only for her. He enjoyed family dinners and going out to eat at many area restaurants. He was an avid Notre Dame Football fan, and loved watching any football games especially the Patriots. He was a regular communicant at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He loved his children and grandchildren and always looked forward to spending time with them. May he rest in peace with Jesus now until we meet again
