I was with Fr. Jerry at the 10 a.m. Mass on Saturday. He gave a wonderful talk as he did for every Mass. He was with us working Saturday night and Sunday night serving hot chocolate to a large crowd. He always asked me how I was no matter how many times he saw me. He prayed for everyone. He was always looking for someone to pray for. I am sure he will continue praying for us in eternity. He was energetic and bright working to the last day he was here with us. I can only think his sudden passing was our Lord wanted him home. He has left us with a huge sense of his loving duty to his Lord. I will miss bumping into him in the kitchen. God Bless you Fr. Jerry. I know He has a wonderful reward for you, faithful friend to us here on earth, now you are with your dearest Friend.

I am so sorry for all of you and the community of Holliston for having had the gardener gone home to grow tomatoes for the banquet of the Lord. That is what I remember most about him. I miss you all so much. If the Lord allows I will be with you on Monday.
