Elizabeth Jean Daisey, 75, of Holliston, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, January 14, 2024. Born in Lincoln, Maine, Elizabeth “Jean/Jeanie/Beanie”, was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Alward.

Jean was a resident of the Timothy Daniels House in Holliston for thirty years. During that time, she enjoyed many individuals to which she responded to, in her own way with smiles and shoulder shimmies. Jean wasn’t a woman of many words, but those who knew her provided her with things they knew she liked, based on her body language and facial expressions. She provided an extra special smile for Dunkin’s coffee, pizza, and doughnuts. Jean was loved for who she was, and will be missed by those who have cared for her.

She is survived by her brother Rick Alward and his wife, Lisa of Dennis, as well as many friends who loved and adored her at the nursing facility.

Private arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston.
