Holliston-

Dorothy Mae Belonis, 88, of Holliston, died Sunday, February 11, 2007 at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Born in Holliston, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Stevens) Higgins.

A lifelong Holliston resident, she worked at Goodwill Shoe and worked part time at the Civil Defense in Framingham.

She is survived by 1 brother, Charles Higgins and his wife Rita of Millis, 2 sisters, Ethel and Etta Higgins both of Holliston. She also leaves 3 step-daughters and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by 1 brother, Arthur D. Higgins, and 3 sisters, Flora Porter, Alice Seriac, and Gladys Anderson.

Visitation hours will take place on Thursday, February 15 from 9:00-11:00a.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (RT. 16), followed by a 11:00a.m. service in the Funeral Home.
