Doris T. Buchelt, 80, of Mashpee, died Sunday, April 15, 2007. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Mary (O’Brien) and George Wahl.

A Cape Cod resident for 20 years, she enjoyed the beach, reading books, and vacationing in New Hampshire.

She is survived by 5 sons, William Regan Jr. of Townsend, Robert G. Regan of Holliston, John E. Regan of Hyannis, James B. Regan of Franklin, and Daniel P. Regan of Sandwich. 3 daughters, Kathleen Harrington of Moreno Valley, CA., Diane Maccagnano of Holliston, and Janet Davis of Millbury, 1 sister, SSND Kathleen Wahl of Coventry, CT. She leaves 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her first husband of 25 years, William Francis Regan who passed in 1975, and also predeceased by her second husband Walter to whom she was married for 17 years. She is also predeceased by 1 sister, Ethel Stahler.

Visitation hours will be on Thursday, April 19, 2007 from 6:00-8:00p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 126) Holliston. A funeral mass will take place at Christ the King Church in Mashpee on Friday April 20, 2007 at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow in Sandwich.
