Bellingham-

Daniel Bagster Harper Sr,. 50 of Bellingham died Sunday, January 29, 2006 in New Hampshire. He is the son of Barbara (Bagster) Nickerson of Bellingham and the late Lindsay Harper. He is also the husband of Lauren J. (Saunders) Harper of Bellingham.

A 20 year resident of Bellingham, and formerly of Holliston, Dan was a member of the Bethany Assembly of God Church of Mendon MA. and a past member of the Hopkinton Congregational Church. He was the owner and operator of Sparkle Clean for more 5 years. He was a member of the Model T club and a collector of antiques including old boats, and cars. He enjoyed Snow mobiling and boating as well as 4-wheeling with his family. He attended many car shows where he won several trophies. Prior to owning Sparkle Clean, he worked as a mechanic for Meineke of Milford.

Besides his wife of 26 years, and his mother, he is survived by 2 sons, Daniel B. Harper Jr. and his wife Jessica of Blackstone, Matthew Harper of Bellingham, 1 daughter Kimberly Harper of Bellingham, 6 brothers, Phil Harper of Northbridge, Jerry and Charlie Harper of N.H., Joseph Harper of Uxbridge, Billy Harper of Holliston, and Bobby Harper of Milford and Florida. He also leaves 1 grandchild, Gabriel Harper and many cousins, including Billy and Jerry Jr. Harper.

Visitation hours will be at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 126) Holliston, on Thursday, February 2, from 4-7p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Februrary 3, at 11:00a.m. in the Bethany Assembly of God Church, 15 Cape Rd. in Mendon on Rt. 140 towards the Mendon/Bellingham town line.
