Christopher Evan Gidopoulos, 35, of Holliston, died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 13, 2013. Born in Hackettstown, New Jersey and raised in Watertown, MA, Christopher was the loving husband of 9 years to Denise (Rougeot) Gidopoulos and the proud father of Lily and Jane of Holliston. Christopher was the cherished son of Ted and Joan (Kalayan) Gidopoulos of Millis.

Christopher was a graduate of the Boston College High School Class of 1995 and the Harvard University Class of 1999. Employed by Myriant Technologies, he was the Senior Director of Corporate Development. Formerly residing in Watertown, MA, Christopher and Denise have been Holliston residents since 2007. Christopher was an avid Boston sports fan and was a great friend to many.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, June 18th from 4-7pm at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com. A funeral mass will take place at St. Mary’s Church on Wednesday, June 19th at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name will be gratefully accepted to the Christopher Gidopoulos Family Support Trust, c/o Middlsex Savings Bank, 830 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746.
