Christine Mary Hamm, 90, of Holliston, passed away Monday, December 8, 2025.  Born in Framingham, Christine was a lifelong resident of Holliston. She was the daughter of the late Susan (Hilliard) and Raymond Finn. She was the wife of 58 years to the late Robert Hamm of Holliston.  

A graduate of Framingham School of Nursing, Christine was a nurse anesthetist (CRNA) at Framingham Union and Marlboro Hospitals during her 45 year long career.  She retired in 1999  to provide palliative care to her aging mother. Christine enjoyed travel, gardening, bird  watching, cooking, sewing and caring for her family.  She was a lifelong communicant of St. Mary’s Parish in Holliston. 

Christine is survived by her five children, Susan Velilla and her husband, Martin, James Hamm, Richard Hamm and his wife, Julie, Catherine McLaughlin and her husband, Ronald, and Charles Hamm and his wife, Susan. She also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Christine Velilla, Brian, John and Lauren (Sullivan) Hamm, Cameron, Jack and Meghan McLaughlin, and Parker and Logan Hamm; and 1 great-granddaughter, Harper Hamm. She is also survived by her brother Richard Finn, sister Susanne Oldfield and her husband, John, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins. Christine was predeceased by her siblings; infant sister Patricia, brothers Joseph Finn, Raymond Finn, Charles Finn, and sister Mary and her husband George Gerrior.  

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th from 4-7p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com.  A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church of Holliston on Friday, December 12th at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow in Lake Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary’s Parish , 8 Church St. Holliston, MA 01746.  The family has heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary care provided by Rosa and Lynn during the last several years.
