Christine Dunphy, 58, a 30 year resident of Hopkinton, died Saturday,
September 20, 2008 at Mass General Hospital. Born in Scranton, PA she was the daughter of the late
Jenny (Russoniello) and John Gallagher.

She was the wife of 34 years to John “Jack” Dunphy of Hopkinton and mother
of Burke Dunphy of New York City, New York.

Christine had worked for 36 years at the Worcester Telegram and Gazette
and for the last several years she was an Editorial Writer.

Calling hours will take place on Wednesday September 24, 2008 from 2-4 and
7-9 at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 57 Hayden Rowe St., Hopkinton, MA.
