Charlotte Ann Washer, 89, of Holliston, Massachusetts passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Born in Damariscotta, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Louise (Hatch) Bell and the late Warren Erskine.

Charlotte moved to Framingham, Massachusetts in 1942 with her mother, step-father, Elmer W. Bell, and sister, Carolyn M. (Madden) Reilly. She later graduated from Framingham High School class of 1953. Charlotte had been employed by MetroWest Medical Center (Framingham Union Hospital) in Framingham for more than 40 years as a Telecommunications Operator. She had many interests, which included knitting, crocheting, and sewing, but especially enjoyed gardening and bird watching. Charlotte loved to spend time with her family during gatherings, celebrations, and on the cape and at the beaches.

Charlotte was predeceased by her son, Stephen G. Washer, his wife Robbin, and sister Carolyn. She is survived by her sons, David and wife Rena of Framingham, Stuart, and husband Bobby Taylor of Uxbridge, and daughters, Susan and husband Michael Mangini of Hopkinton, Cynthia Washer of Holliston, and Nancy Koshivas of Marlborough. Charlotte also leaves 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside memorial on Saturday, April 15th from 3:00-4:00 pm, at Lake Grove Cemetery, Highland St. Holliston. A special thanks to the St Patrick’s Manor team in Framingham for their kind and supportive care over the past few years. In lieu of sending flowers, donations can be made to Thrive Support & Advocacy, Inc.(https://www.icanthrive.org/get-involved/donate/), or MetroWest Humane Society (https://metrowesthumanesociety.org/donations.html). Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston.
