Please accept my sincerest sympathies. Nothing can prepare us for the emotions that follow losing a loved one, emotions and feelings we were never designed to ever experience. Our original purpose was to live forever, in paradise, with no threat from death, and our loving father, Jehovah, promises us that he will restore this paradise earth, even promising to restore those who have passed away. (Isaiah 65:17) Can you just imagine that? Seeing yourself there, tearfully embracing your loved one? Keeping this promise real gives us hope, and hope will help us endure until this time comes. Such a kind wonderful man. Know you are all in our prayers and may the fun memories help you get through this difficult time in your lives. He has made a huge mark on this earth especially with his smile and contagious laugh. May he rest in eternal peace and stay shining in all of our hearts.

Jane, Chuck, Jean and entire MaGuire family, I only met your dad probably on 5 or 6 occasions since you and Jane got married. But what strikes me in terms of what I remember of him is that he was just the kindest, introspective, and quietly wonderful man (like his son). We are so sad to hear of your dad's/husband's death as we knew he had been ill for awhile. Having lost both my parents I can so empathize with the pain of losing someone you love so very much, and knowing the void it will leave it your family; but may the memories you all shared throughout his wonderful life, and throughout your wonderful, rich and long marriage, become the wonderful things you remember about him as time passes. I still miss my dad 15 years later, as much as I missed him when he died; but the pain lifts, and the good and happy memories replace the pain. A life well lived is a life well cherished. Our prayers and love are with you. Al & Chris Rocco (Jane's cousin)

Dear Maguire family, I am sorry to have read of the recent death of your loved one Charles. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon Jehovah God through his son Christ Jesus is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all the causes we have for suffering, including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will likewise comfort your family also during this most difficult time in your lives. If you would like to read these Scriptures online for free or find more comforting thoughts, please visit jw.org Please accept my deepest sympathy. Trudy Nowell - Panama City Beach, FL
