Holliston-

Bertha Lillian Long, 91, of Holliston, passed away May 14, 2015 at Mary
Ann Morse Nursing Home in Natick. Born in Natick, she was the daughter
of the late Bertha (Herrick) and Lawrence Nicholson. She was the wife of
64 years to the late Arthur R. Long Sr. who passed away in February
2005.

A longtime resident of Natick and Holliston, Bertha was a loving mother
and devoted wife. Her whole life was devoted to her family. She was also
a die hard Red Sox fan.

She is survived by her five children, Sandra Aronofsky and her life
partner, Larry Harding of Natick, Arthur Long Jr. and his wife Cheryl of
Uxbridge, Timothy Long and his wife Jackie of Hudson, Dennis Long and
his wife Sheree of Crossville, TN, and Jeffrey Long of Marlborough. She
also leaves behind two sisters, June and Irma; nine grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by six siblings.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th from 2-5p.m. at the Chesmore
Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.
