Barry was a great teacher and mentor to my husband through the Adult Continuing Ed Program. He helped build a solid foundation for my husbands Printing Career. Barry used to come to our house and was a very talented Handy Man. He did lots of work around our house to improve it. He was a wonderful man and always spoke of his family. My sincere condolences to his family.

I grew up in Cambridge myself, and have known the Jewers for many many years. Barry's brother Bruce is my best friend and with his wife Nancy i have been around the family for functions, and parties for over 30 years, where i would see Barry many times. He was a very nice guy, and family man. our sadness goes out to Barry's family. He is without pain now, RIP Barry!!! Ron,Robyn Gomes

I had Mr Jewer for my shop teacher and proud to say he was my teacher! Its been 12 years since Ive seen him. He was the best teacher I had through all my years there! He was always a funny guy. Always laughing and making jokes especially when I wasn't behaving. :/ He taught me so much and I'm forever grateful to have him as my teacher. My thoughts & prayers are with the entire family at this hard time. I am grateful and proud to have known Mr. Jewer as my computer room teacher during his years at Keefe Tech. It was and always will be a great pleasure having and knowing the love and commitment he had for his job at Keefe as well as for the students (new and old students). Again I am terribly sorry for your loss and be sure that he (a wonderful role model & teacher) will be missed so very much! Mr Jewer- u are now our angel so with that being said please guide us the best & easiest paths thru life, and until we all meet again at the gates of heaven- take care & watch over your loved ones. RIP- Mr. Jewer

it will be 10 years ago this may that i left keefe tech. mr jewer was one of the most amazing teachers i think anyone couldve had! as a class we probably drove him up the wall but he never yelled instead he laughed and told us we were the reason for all his wrinkles 🙂 im so sad to hear that he has passed. im sure he is at peace just as he always was. God Bless your family and may he rest in peace...i will never in my life forget you mr jewer! you really were and amazing teacher we spent a lot of time together you taught me a lot not just about graphic design and how to run a press and to colate papers by hand haha but how to stand up and smile and believe in myself and love who i am ....you helped me grow and for that i can never thank you enough take care and rest peacefully mr jewer!!!! we will miss you!
