Holliston-
Barbara Mary Gomes, 73, of Worcester and formerly Holliston, passed away
Thursday, May 9, 2013. Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the
late Mary Elizabeth (Hurtt) and Joseph Gomes.

Barbara was a member of the Christ Tabernacle Apostolic Church in
Worcester. She is survived by her 4 children; Rebecca Ralston of Uxbridge, Mary Gomes of New Bedford, Douglas Ralston of Attleboro and Regina Ralston of New Hampshire. She also leaves behind 2 brothers, six grandchildren: Lateefah, Ry’Saun, Ty’Rese, Justin, Chantel, Alyssa, and 3 great-grandchildren. Barbara is predeceased by her sister Joyce Pina.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Thursday May 16th at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston; 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral service will take place at 10am on Friday, May 17th at the First Baptist Church of Holliston; 40 High St. Burial will follow at Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston.
