Holliston-

Asunda “Susan” D’Alessandro, 77, of Holliston, died Monday, November 20, 2006. Born in Wellesley, she was the daughter of the late Theresa (Dischiano) and Gaetano Magliozzi. She was the wife of 48 years to Richard P. D’Alessandro of Holliston.

A member of St. Mary’s Church and a Holliston resident of 44 years, she was an avid reader, and worked with the Holliston Food Pantry.

Besides her husband, she is survived by 1 son, Richard P. D’Alessandro and his wife Susan of St. Petersburg, FL., a daughter, Kathy Winstone and her husband Michael of Greenwich, CT., 1 brother, Robert Magliozzi and his wife Dorothy of Wellesley, 2 sisters, Josephine Ferrari and her husband Donald of Wellesley, and Louise Busa of Longmeadow. 4 grandchildren, Joseph, Gina, Juliette, and Jullian. She also leaves her late sister Emira’s husband, Oscar Meloni of St. Petersburg, FL, and many nieces and nephews and sister in law and brothers in law, Patricia Palli, John J. D’Alesandro, and Joseph A. D’Alessandro.

Visitation hours will be held on Friday, November 24th from 4-7p.m. from the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16) www.chesmorefuneralhome.com A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, at 10:00a.m. in St. Mary’s Church of Holliston.
