Holliston-

Rita Randall, 83, of Holliston, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Milford Regional Medical Center.

Born in Newport, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Sullivan) and Charles Bally. She relocated to Williamstown, MA in the 1950’s where she raised three children: John James “Jay” Randall III of Pittsfield, MA, Mark Randall of Chandler, AZ, and Erin Ornsteen of Holliston, MA. Rita is also survived by son-in-law Stephen Ornsteen of Holliston, Lilly and Sam Ornsteen, her cherished grandchildren, as well as her sister Helen Clark of Newport, and many beloved nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She is predeceased by her older siblings, Charles “Buddy” Bally, Paul Bally and Fred Bally.

Rita also lived in the home of Madeline and the late John Culpo of Pittsfield, MA for many years helping to raise five of their grandchildren: Jay Culpo of Pittsfield, MA, Josh Culpo of Boston, MA, Michael Culpo of Boston, MA, Destiny Culpo of Pittsfield, MA and Carlee Culpo of West Hartford, CT

Services will be held privately with the family. Expressions of sympathy can be sent to Erin Ornsteen, 56 Dean Rd., Holliston, MA 01746. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rita’s name would be greatly appreciated and should be sent to the Holliston Senior Center, 50 Goulding St, Holliston, MA 01746, where Rita loved to spend time connecting with friends.
